The first poarameter is only the path to the DLL.
Is 'MSN Messenger' the title string?
If so it must be the second parameter.
(see AutoItDLL.chm)

...
hpwAutoItWinWait "[TempDir]" "MSN Messenger" "" "0" "[FileClose]"
...

And instead of using a loop you should think about a timer.
Makes lesser CPU-use.

Question 1
The hpwAutoItWinMinimize is not working , I really a little puzzled about the command I given can u solve it out ?

I not too sure if the Title string must be the first page Title or the current page because when my pub when launched it shows " Example 1" no matter which pages it refers to it remain as " Example 1". Should I be using Example 1 ??

The Title string is the string in the window title bar (see AutoItDLL.chm) .
So use [PubTitle].

Question 2
How do I suppose to add a timer that will loop the above code continueously But stop when the application closes ?

Make your own status variable and set it True/False and check it in the timer action code.

Question 3
hpwAutoItWinGetActiveTitle "" ""
Is this friendly I mean if I will to put like this
hpwAutoItWinGetActiveTitle "[TempDir]" "[MsnMsgrID]"
Where does the result go to ?

You have to read the edit-cell comments of the command wizard.
It goes to "[MsnMsgrID] because you define it.
It can only be one active window, so no search name is needed.
