Action Command for Change .txt-docs online ?

need help..

I´m searching for an action command to change some .txt-documents on my server, so need to created a web browser plug in that changes some .txt-docs on a server
can somebody help?

i allready tried:
- Filewrite command

a) Use the DownloadFile command to copy the .txt file to a folder on your local disk.

b) FileRead to load its content into a [variable]

c) NeoBook's String manipilation commands to make necessary changes

d) a server script (php, asp, perl etc.) that you can invoke from NeoBook ... which will upload the changed contents to the server file ... e.g. a form with ...

- either a <textarea> to contain the contents

- or a <input type="file" ...> to load the revised content (previously saved with the FileWrite command)

Ok thx a lot ..but my next prob is that i don´t understand php or something like this..
is it possible that someone can send me a php script that upload the .txt files?
