Hello Cozy,

I'm sorry, you're having a problem getting NeoPaint to run on your computer. We haven't had any other reports of the general failure error popping up constantly as you describe. It could be a memory issue, a bad installation or something to do with your particular hardware or Windows configuration. Here are some questions:

1. What version of Windows are you using?

2. How much memory does your computer have?

3. Are any other programs running at the same time? Can some of them be closed?

4. Does it make any difference if you're editing a smaller or different format image?
