dbfSort a MultiUser db - does not works?

Hi I'm workin on a pub with DBF pluging, I Have this problem, all my dbf are MultiUser, and I heve a hpedid.dbf, i want sort this usin this accion
dbfSort "[PubDir]hojped.dbf" "Hpeprod.ndx" "NOMPROD" "Ascending"

works fine¡
but when a other user open the same page the sort does not works, an the message is "Can Not open Hpeprod.ndx, I gess is not for Multiuser. so i try generated a other sorft like this

SetVar "[Nidx]" "1"
If "[dbferror]" "<>" ""
Math "[Nidx]+1" "0" "[Nidx]"
SetVar "[Nidx]" "1"
else
SetVar "[Nidx]" "1"
endif
dbfSort "[PubDir]hojped.dbf" "Hpeprod[Nidx].ndx" "NOMPROD" "Ascending"
but i can not get it works, when the secon user open it

Is There any way to do it?

Ya Know ya only have to post your problem in one of the catagories to get an answer ............. but then again maybe not most ppl just ignore me...... but that is the way it is ........................ok i will stop ranting and raving......   :P

what you try to said is that ddf is not a plug or a utility so can you tell me what is it?
