slideshow

Postby martinp » Sat Jan 13, 2018 6:14 am

Hi, can anyone advise if it is possible for Neobooks to do an on-screen slideshow using photos from a specific folder.
Looking for a way for it to do an on-screen slideshow that auto-updates the images every X seconds, or minutes.

In other words.......it checks the specific folder and includes the new added photos

Thanks

Compile the publication as a screen saver, select that in the compilation dialog box

Put the code you use to display the photo in a timer.

You could change the wallpaper programatically with a simple program.

Hi Martin, have a look at Slideshow2 (http://www.easyboothderby.co.uk/slideshow) - written with Neobook and displays photos, animated gifs, videos, scrolling ticker tape, own adverts between groups, background music. Fully configurable and if need any help setting up just contact. If wanting more than 4 photos on screen at once, then look at PhotoWall for a big displays or projector - http://www.easyboothderby.co.uk/photowall - both auto update to display last 'x' amount of photos/gifs/videos.
