Windows WebCam

Hi guys....
Is there a way I can use my usb webcam within Windows 7 to take a single picture in neobook without any 3rd party software or plugins?

Something has to turn on the cam. If your cam has built in software to activate it (turn it on and position the picture in a specific location) you could leave that on and then capture the screen and then look for ways to trim the picture from there.

This is very clumsy but if you don't want to use plugins your options are limited.

Hi David... Thank You For Your Reply Again. I don't know where and how to use that code. For now i'm using a Free Webcam program ( http://www.bustatech.com/webcamviewer/ ) and for me it's working fine.
