Hello,

>Try clicking the "delete all board cookies" at the bottom of this page.

Try that, but no success. When I leave the page and return it does not autologin.
Just tested in the office from IE11 on WIN7.

Hello,

Another test from home tablet Win7:
IE11 cannot login at all.
Chrome can login, but no autologin.
Firefox can login, but also no autologin.

I'm not sure what the solution is. The login seems to work correctly here, but I did have to delete cookies on at least one browser. Both Chrome and IE11 will login and autologin. FireFox will login, but not autologin. As far as I can tell the board's cookies are set correctly, but this is apparently a common problem for PhpBB.

I couldn't login yesterday, deleted cookies and it was a no go, kept logging me off every time... Today I had no problem... Chrome btw...

I can login now, but it doesn't remember my user id and password so I keep having to re-login even though I haven't closed the browser window

Dave:

The Forum software is acting up again ... have to Login each visit ... even after clicking on the "Delete all board cookies" link.

Unless the change in host also involved a change in software (version), I can't see how it is phpBB ... in the last ten years (prior to this change), I can not recall a single similar issue before.

I'm having the same problem again as well. The last host I moved to (shared server) had disabled some php features for security reasons. This could be the case here. It affected a couple of older php scripts I had installed.

Actually it could be phpbb. The forum still resolves to neosoftwarecom.ipower.com but phpbb is probably configured as being located on the neosoftware.com domain. It may be looking for cookies from that domain to do the autologons.

David, check your phpbb configs to see if there is an entry for URL of the site. I may need to be temporarily changed to neosoftwarecom.ipower.com

Good suggestion! I've made that change so we'll see if it solves the problem.

Try clearing Firefox's history. That solved a similar problem I was having.

Solved for me in firefox by deleting cookies and cache.
