Does any body knows if it is possible to sign a PKG file? I would like to run it on Internet Explorer but it always blocking.

It's the ActiceX control that's being blocked. You can sign the ActiveX (NB5ActiveX.ocx) yourself or change your Internet Explorer settings to allow unsigned ActiveX controls. We can't sign the ActiveX because we cannot guarantee that someone won't use it inappropriately.
