extended desktop

Postby martinp » Wed Aug 12, 2015 10:55 am

Thought i had sorted an extended desktop issue BUT now presented with another problem to solve.

I have a laptop with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 and a connected tv with a resolution of 1920 x 1080.
The tv is connected via HDMI

The normal way of doing an extended desktop is to add up the screen sizes etc.....which i've done.....BUT connecting a tv screen with totally different screen res is causing display issues.

Screen image/desktop is not central on the tv screen.

Can anyone shed any light on the issue?

Thanks

I don't know. What kind of display issues are you having? Is this something that affects NeoBook but not other Windows app?

I think that's common because it's designed to be a TV not a dedicated computer monitor. Also, the range of resolutions supported by the TV may not match those supported by your PC's video card. Refresh rate can also be a problem with large TVs. At any rate this really isn't a NeoBook-related problem.
