NeobookDB problems

Postby NyperCro » Mon Mar 09, 2015 7:54 am

Hello ppl :)

I have a problem with apps where i use NeobookDB plug in.
When i start an app i get this error :

I tried to chkdsk surface (clean), change partitions (4 different), change TEMP folder, nothing works
This happens only when DB plug in is used

Any suggestions ?

I'm not able to reproduce this error here, so I'm not sure exactly what to suggest.

Are you able to compile and run the sample pubs included with NeoBookDB?

Are you using the most recent versions of NeoBook and NeoBookDB from our website: http://www.neosoftware.com?

Actually i don't have this, problem, one of software users have this issue, so far only one in 120 users.

Also in addition (so i dont open new thread for same plugin) few users have the following error :

Since this is not happened in large spread of users, i guess there is probably problem with users hardware/software configuration, but i don't have a clue where to start digging...

I personally tested the software in several editions of every OS, including Server versions and didnt notice any of errors i described in this thread.
Im using NB 5.8.5.b and latest DB plugin.
Do you have in plans to enable NB to work in other web browsers ?

I've never encountered error 1114 before, but a Google search turned up the following:

https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=system%20error%20code%201114

It appears to have something to do with an ODBC driver not being installed.
