Disabling Ctrl+Alt+Delete is not working

Postby Cuttlas » Sun Oct 26, 2014 12:01 pm

Hi

Disable Ctrl+Alt+Delete option is not working on my pub! User still can use these keys, Of course Task Manager is not on list but log off option can be used which is not accepted by a kiosk application :(

OS: Windows 7 x64

How to fix this problem?

After Windows Vista, disabling Ctrl+Alt+Del via software is no longer allowed for security reasons. The post below contains some suggestions that might be helpful:

I Tried the windowsclub's way but it is not working (it seems it needs restarting system which is not accepted because I just want to disable these keys while running my pub and no in other times), do you yourself know any other tricky way? is there any command line utility to disable these keys while my pub is running?

I found the following utilitity, but I'm not sure if it can be used in conjunction with a specific program:

You can search Google and see if there are any others.
