31MB! That's what I was worried about with Chrome.

Could the download be smaller for people who already have the Chrome browser installed?

Obviously libcef.dll is the big culprit. Is it possible that not all the libraries in the dll are necessary? Could it possibly be reduced in size if unneeded features were removed?

Just a thought......

Dave,

Aparently Chromium engine is based on Chrome WebBrowser, but does not share the libraries.

I'm working on depurate needed libraries, but the zip package reduces 7-8 MB only

Ok, 31 MB is a pain in the neck. but if were possible isolate all the Internet Explorer component, i think the whole package would be bigger than 31 MB.

And, Chromium services is for browsing the net. I think users that uses this services has cable, adsl or better connection.
31 MB takes a couple of minutes on download.

If most of web surfing (with NeoBook) problems are solved with 31 MB of download, it has my vote.

First beta of NeoOnVideo 1.0

Download Link (25.3 MB):

https://app.box.com/s/m9u4x9ixelwddlnu7pnz

After unzip into any folder, select the NeoOnVideo.exe program
Double click on a selected row of he grid (Film) to see the movie.

Movies are in spanish and were found on the net. No responsability about this.

Please, tell me if everything is ok for you. (and your windows version)

Thanks in advance,

Hi all,

I'm trying to create an InnoSetup installer for the Chromium components.
I tryed to registerserver the dll's, but i get some error messages.
Also, I tryed to add to PATH enviroment variable the folder where the dll's will be extracted, but i can't the way.
Does any know how to add to the PATH enviroment variable a new location (folder), using InnoSetup ?

Thanks in advance,
David de Argentina

Edit later: [Solved]. If any has the same problem take a look of this:

Thanks mishem,

If you get a white rectangle, means the chromium addon is working.
The default NeoBook Rectangle style is black.
Try with another row, perhaps movie file was delete or corrupt.

Thanks again,

_http://vk.comI have a general anti-virus program blocks.

But other links I tried. In your browser, open up the program does not.

One site has requested codec installed Hdvidtsodets. Established. No results yet.

If others works fine, so I have the system blocks.

It's good when the blocks. Even worse when you do not block. :)

I agree. 31mb is nothing these days and if it solves problems I have no issue with it :)
